Web Access

You can access your email on the web at:

https://mail.thadinchosting.com/

Your Username is your email address.

Outlook

iOS / iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Mail, then tap Mail Accounts. 

2. Tap Add Account, then select Microsoft Exchange.

3. Enter your email address and the description you would like to use for the account.

4. To attempt to retrieve the server information automatically select "sign in".

   1. This will only function if your company has proper configured it's autodiscover DNS record. If you would like help with this please contact us.

5. If automatic retrieval works, proceed to step 6, otherwise select "configure manually".

6. Enter your password.

7. If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.

8. If you see Save, tap Save.

9. If you need additional information see below:

   • Type: Exchange
   • Username: Your email address
   • Server: mail.thadinchosting.com
